1) your commit seem to just change the parent pom - that doesn't cover all the actual modules. See the gist on the tycho release notes wiki for how to do this migration once its ready.

2) This for *sure* requires a new release/version bump of the parent pom - we can't stay on 0.0.2-snapshot forever which is used by branch too.
