This is because 'home_header' is resolved by CdiElResolver as JavaMemberELSegment with no JavaElement(s) inside. I suppose that it's a CdiElResolver issue. See JBIDE-9480.
I've enabled multiple hyperlinks for ELs due to make it possible to see all the available Hylerlinks. For some reason Hyperlink from CdiElResolver is set above of CDI Resource Bundle property hyperlik, this made not to show a proper hyperlink. (You may see all of them now in the lisk of hyperlinks)
