JBossWS Runtime combo box - lists all available JBossWS runtimes defined in the  IDE including Server Supplied entry; default selection is:
default JBossWS Runtime as set in Tools -> Preferences -> Web Services -> JBossWS Preferences if set
server supplied if there's some available in the targeted runtime
