For JBDS 4.1 there these plugins on extras:
* Spring
* TestNG
* m2eclipse
* Mylin
* eGIT
* Subclipse
* PMD
* Findbugs

In general basic certification contains:
* plugin is available on Extras update site
* plugin is install-able in JBDS
* basic plugin functionality is working
* plugin doesn't interfere with other features
