I removed loading sources of ProjectJAR (used project) by kb builder of ProjectWeb (dependent project). Instead, ProjectWeb gets problem marker notifying that it depends on a non kb project, and kb model is created for ProjectJAR, which contributes model objects into ProjectWeb as if ProjectJAR is a kb project, but which is never updated because it is actually not kb project. When problem marker is resolved by adding kb nature to ProjectJAR, its model starts to be updated by builder.
