After working with Release Engineering for the past week on this issue and having myself manually pull apart, edit and re-create source rpm files for these pages on docs.redhat.com, they are still not working and the old automated process is apparently broken. 

I have been informed that we are better off using the following link in the future and give that I have spent so much time on this (to no end) I am tempted to agree:
