The example of http://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/ looks good - I think it gets us moving in the right direction.  

And I like this link better - http://docs.redhat.com/docs/en-US/JBoss_Developer_Studio/4.1/html-single/Getting_Started_Guide/index.html#JBossInstances

Seems to more clearly state what the user has to do.
