That is not that kind of obsolete that i originaly meant. Well, actually the validator-messages are clearly and precisely. To consider the weight of this CR, ... i am not sure if this CR justifies such an highlander-framework-review. 

Altough i do have some ideas for new rules and an basic knowledge to implement them.
