Next...

1. -continue refactoring for soa/webtools/bottests sites-
2. -externalize site name variable so index-template.html can be reused-
3. -verify inheritance of associate.properties from parent folder (or aggregate/ root folder)-

4. -create Jenkins jobs for source build-

5. repeat for test sources build (JBIDE-9869)
