CANNOT REPRODUCE using these steps:

1. unpack eclipse-jee-indigo-SR1-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz
2. start up, Help > Install > http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/indigo/ > select Central feature
3. install, restart when prompted.
4. open Software/Update tab in JBoss Central view; M4 list of features is shown.
