This seems to happen every time I update: The workspace prompt no longer appears and the IDE launches using the default workspace, ~/workspace.

"Prompt for Workspace" is checked in General->Startup and Shutdown->Workspaces preferences.

Previously, launching with -clean seemed to fix the problem, but no more.

FYI, this is with 3.3 M5.

I wish I could provide more information regarding the source of this bug.
