Hey Xavier :)

I don't have those exact projects any more but am trying to replicate the issue by performing the same steps using the latest JBT build. So far I now get nodes called "JAX-RS REST Web Services" without children for both types of projects listed above.

I'll be looking further into reproducing the issue for you tomorrow ;)
