I've been trying for about 2 days to replicate this, and still with no luck. I've tried in official builds. I've tried setting breakpoints to see if at any point two publishes get called at the same time. I've tried to push the autopublisher into invoking through workspace changes while a publish event is in the middle of occurring. 

I've tried modifying the full-publish action to run twice very quickly, but both initiate jobs, and htose jobs are in the same family and will not execute at the same time. They execute consecutively, even if launched independently and in their own threads. 

Basically, nothing I do can get this to repeat. I remember I used to see it in logs on occasion, but I never do anymore, and nothing I do can get it to replicate.
