Execute: Start new Eclipse, press Cmd+4
Asserrt: Dialog about Forge not running shows up
Execute: Press Yes
ASsert: forge console gets shown and it starts forge
Execute: switch to another perspective
Execute: Cmd+4
Assert: Forge console gets shown with the previously started forge

What actually happens:
Dialog about forge not running shows up - press yes and it shows the previously started forge
