default focus for openshift wizard is the link should be username or password if username already filled out

if you use the keyboard to start openshift wizard it focus on "link" thus if you press enter it will close the wizard and open that link.

it should have the initial focus be on username or password dependent on which is blank so enter will do the next step by default instead of closing the wizard.
