Max, I was wrong on xulrunner. Problem is in IE8/IE9 CSS processing.

Denis, can we supply a different folder contents for Win-x86 and Win-x64 distributives? The goal is to have different themes: one for windows and another for all the other distributives.

I cannot detect browser to do such substitutions at run-time.
