Unfortunately, it seems that the remote host's management interface does *not* expose itself globally by default. However they do expose a -bmanagement host/ip option via the startup script, which means we can use that when launching. 

This option began in JBoss AS 7.0.2, not earlier... This means we will have to encourage users to update to either AS7.1 or AS7.0.2.
