Move to Beta1 and assign to Andre. 

Just create the bundle in ~/trunk/as/plugins/org.jboss.whatever.plugin.you.want, then add it to ~/trunk/as/plugins/pom.xml, a new or existing feature.xml in ~/trunk/as/features/*/feature.xml, ~/trunk/as/site/site.xml, and ~/trunk/build/aggregate/site/site.xml. Does this need to be added to JBDS too?
