I tried it again today (with H63 universal and H62 win32 installer) with the same results. On Win7, there is no possibility to uninstal without admin rights. On win XP there is this window:
!WindowsPrompt.png!
The uninstaller works with unchecked "Run this program with restricted access". When it's checked, I got javaw.exe Application Error "The application failed to ennitialize properly (0xc0000022)."

      was (Author: rhopp):
WinXP prompt, when trying to uninstall.

> When trying to uninstall JBDS using uninstaller, user is prompted for administrator password with message "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?"
> Program location "\\path\to\javaw.exe" "-Dizpack.mode=privileged" "-jar" "\\path\to\Uninstaller.jar"
> Without admin rights, the uninstaller won't execute.
