Andre:  Could you please explain how there might be "duplicates" ?   A server can only hold one copy of each module on it.  So if there's a project "WebProj", the server cannot have two copies of it deployed. You can verify this by right-clicking the server, going add-remove modules, and noting that once a module is already added, it cannot be added again. Each module only has two choices... be on the server, or not. 

How did you manage to get "duplicates" on the server?
