This is a severe issue but not blocking M5 since SOA is not blocking before B1 and those wanting to use EDS/SOA-P 5.x can use JBDS 4.1 or previous JBDS 5 Mx releases.

Keeping it on M5 to at least get workaround info documented here if found.
