Added attached client-patch.jar to classpath in local 7.6 Designer IDE.

Fix was to two classes made by Steve Hawkins, Teiid team.

Re-tested "Test" on a running instance of SOA 5.2 & EDS and it worked.

Next step is to decide with to with it. No plans for a Teiid 7.6.1 official build for awhile yet. (for SOA 5.3 release).

We can patch Designer's 7.6 branch and rebuild for next JBDS milestone
