    Release Notes Text:   (was: - The slowness of page switching is an issue of IntroHTMLGenerator/Eclipse internal Browser on some computer/OS configurations. 

- The floating "White Stripe" issue is fixed on all the pages including root and standby pages

Please, open a new detailed JIRA in case of the slowness issue is still can be reproduced in many computer configs.)

The issue is Out of Date because of Welcome Screen is slightly changed (No links in Root page anymore). How ever, the "White stripe" issue is fixed in another issue (JBDS-1923) 5.0.0.M5 and 5.0.0.beta1.
