"Add Seam Support" action does not install Seam facet. You have two options to enable Seam support for the project:
1. Install Seam facet (Project properties->Facets->...). This option is available only if your project is faceted.
2. Add Seam support via "Project->Configure->Add Seam Support" or "Project properties->Seam". This option is available on any Java project.
