Need to determine which perspectives are best for particular project wizards.

For example, ESB doesn't really have its own perspective - where should it go? 

jBPM has the jBPM jPDL3 perspective - is that the right one?

Teiid has its own perspective I believe. 

What others are involved? These are the three listed.
