BTW, I'm not removing the DTP SDK feature from the branch's TP for 3 reasons:

a) too close to GA
b) would cause cascade of builds toward CR3 and we don't need the delay / extra churn right now
c) no need - if no one else depends on it, it's simply an extraneous thing we can remove in trunk and/or after GA.

I am however, removing it from the JBT TP in trunk.
