    Steps to Reproduce: 
1) deploy a web-app to a remote AS server (see screencast attached to JBIDE-8313)

Result:
Before "Run on server" is executed, you get a listing of blocking jobs and it lists jmx-connection jobs. Publishing is obviously not blocked: it is launched and you can see it's progress in the status bar (it's not listed).

Expected:
jmx-connection jobs should not block "Run on server"
