[deltacloud perspective] fill 'Open perspective' and 'Show view' menus

When I switch to Deltacloud perspective and go to menus (Window->Open perspective or Window->Show View) I cannot find any other items but 'Other' . These menuitems should be filled by related perspective and view shortcuts like Java EE, Web Development and Server View etc.
