Vlado, where is the Location Field empty?Is it in the Problems View or in Problem Properties Dialog? 

If the Location field of Problems View is fulfilled with the project name (which has no KB Nature/Builder) then it is ok.
Location field in Problem Properties is empty probably because the location in this case means "location in source" but we have no source file for a project itself. So, I suppose that it's not a problem.
