Remove instructions related to additional plugins installation from JBoss Tools Update Site

It's not necessary to install additional plugins (Birt, Maven, Google ...) prior JBT installation. So instructions related to additional plugins installation written on JBT Update sites (i.e. http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/trunk/) should be removed.
Once 3.2.0. CR1 will be published as stable also Update site of stable release should be updated in the same manner.
