While searching for jboss runtimes from JBT (Preference -> Server -> Runtime Environments), server path is wrong (jboss-as is JBOSS_AS) and after fix only one runtime is added. If canceled, other runtime dialogs are triggered (see screencast http://www.screencast.com/t/dHCeX1KWSo )
