OK, I've split up the Getting Started Guide to isolate the installation instructions. These installation instructions can be built as a separate book by changing some comments in the Book_Info.xml file (https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbosstools/trunk/documentation/guides/GettingStartedGuide/en-US/Book_Info.xml). From here you can get a PDF that can be included in the list of downloads.

I don't know how to actually include a file in access.redhat.com though.
