The issues is about removing XulRunner features from Categorized View, now all features that has no category appear in Uncategorized category. This category is created by tycho. So the Idea is to remove that category from content.xml using xsl transformation to avoid selecting Xulrunner features by pressing "Select all" button on categorized view.
