           Description: 
Some plugins required to have fully functional XML editor are missing. There are two options for fixing it:
1. Add XML tools feature as requirement for Rich Faces
2. Find out what is exactly missing and add it in list for required bundles

Dependency of Verification framework to Struts should be removed.
    Steps to Reproduce: 
1. EXEC: Unpack eclipse SDK somewhere
2. EXEC: Install Richfaces component from update site
3. EXEC: Create JSF2 project
4. EXEC: Open web.xml in JBoss XML editor ans switch to the source tab
5. ASSERT: Content assist shows all possible children for document root node, not just children that already declared in current document
6. EXEC: Open XML Editor Preferences and configure editor to show only XML elements in content assist
7. ASSERT: Content assist shows only <> elements
8. EXEC: Open web.xml in WTP XML editor and check ASSERT #5 and #6
9. ASSERT: There is no "Cannot find Entity errors in Error Log view"
