changed title to only be about JBDS since JBoss Tools is afaik already possible to install on any OS that supports eclipse after we removed the required dependency on XULRunner.

JBDS is about creating a distro that bundles the 64-bit Eclipse binaries needed to run eclipse it self.

If you can't install JBoss Tools on your Windows 64 bit then that is a separate issue.
