Patch containing the backport of maven plugins from trunk, except for the example plugins (which was just adapted to work with m2e) and the JSF plugin (where the code from JBIDE-8687 was rollbacked)

I was not able to run the SWTBot tests from eclipse, and the maven CLI build needs the requirements to be updated to the new m2e 1.0 / m2e-wtp 0.13
