Which server pollers will make sense ? I don't see anyone that would at least make sense to enable by default, do you?

Without that I don't see what the big usecase is for a poller in this case ?

In any case, that doesn't fix the fact that servers are now assumed started and deployment happens as soon as eclipse startsup or you create the server and there is no way to stop it without disabling automatic publish.
