For fixing this issue,
1 update the project-examples-bpel-3.1.xml, remove three 'project' elements:
Simple_Invoke_WS, While_Wait_WS, Loan_Approval_WS.
2 remove the three project examples zip files from svn/workspace/grid/bpel-examples folder:
Simple_Invoke_WS.zip, While_Wait_WS.zip, Loan_Approval_WS.zip
3 upload three new project examples zip files in svn/workspace/grid/bpel-examples folder:
Simple_Invoke.zip, While_Wait.zip, Loan_Approval.zip
