Since you're installing from a community site, you need to also add other community sites from which to get upstream deps, like the Indigo updates site [1].
We provide a mirror [2] of those bits (plus lots of other stuff we need for building JBDS) as well.
Either URL should work for you but depending on your location on the planet, YMMV. (Eclipse [1] has more mirrors but they can be flaky. Ours [2] is a single server in the US, but doesn't get a TON of traffic so it might be better.)
