Fix these errors in Drools Tools Reference Guide. Reason is that Drools Guided Rule Editor was removed from JBDS:

- remove row with value "The Guided editor" from table "Table 1.1. Key Functionality of Drools Tools"

/docs/en-US/JBoss_Developer_Studio/4.1/html/Drools_Tools_Reference_Guide/creating_rule.html
- screenshot "Figure 2.8. Opening the New Rule Package Wizard" contains menu item "New Business Rule (using the guided editor)". This menu item should be removed in 4.1.0 GA. Is not removed right now.
