This assert tells that there are no Visual tabs created for JSP Multipage Editor. I saw the sane error yesterday when there was a problem with xulrunner build, but after it was fixed this assert has gone from my local tycho build and from Jenkins builds.
I'll try to reproduce it after cleaning my repository.
