VERIFY: "All" catg has everything but BPEL.
VERIFY: BPEL catg has only BPLE.
VERIFY: Uncategorized category is hidden.
VERIFY: Hidden 3rd party features can still be seen after unchecking 'Group items by category'. Piecemeal installation of 3rd party features is possible; or, user can install the JBDS features.
