Make sure all the JBoss Tools project examples have the correct order of CDI, Seam, KB, Validation builders.

We should check all the projects from our example site and fix incorrect .project's files.

The correct order of builders is:
1. Java
2. CDI/Seam/KB (if there are both CDI/Seam and KB builders then it doesn't matter which goes first CDI/Seam or KB)
3. WST validation
