All 3rd party stuff has been ported to update site mirrors in http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/requirements/, and has been aggregated into the two /updates/helios/ or /updates/indigo/ sites, so I think this can be closed.

Only thing we don't do is have these 3rd party entries on the JBDS TP, which IMHO is fine since they're not strictly part of the JBDS Core / installer build.
