Thanks snjeza, Disabling M2Eclipse Extensions Development Support and m2eclipse 1.0.0 helped. 

Note that m2eclipse 1.0.0 is com.jboss.jbds.m2eclipse.feature.feature.group at IMHO it has nothing common with m2e 1.0.0 wich just releases (which just came from incubator).

Who is in charge of defining what plugins/dependencies are in extras? It needs to be fixed.
