This support means: Code completion, OpenOns, Validation for EL like #{bundles.*}
We should create a new EL resolver which will be enabled only if the project has Seam International module in the project classpath.

EXECUTE: Open src/main/webapp/home.xhtml
ASSERT: Ctrl+Space for #{bundles.messages.|} should show proposals for messages_*.properties resource bundle.
