Darrin:  You can use this command to check out the proper code. After that, just import the projects into your workspace. 

cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at dev.eclipse.org:/cvsroot/webtools co -rR3_2_maintenance servertools

The class you are looking for is in OverviewEditorPart.java:  org.eclipse.wst.server.ui/serverui/org/eclipse/wst/server/ui/internal/editor/OverviewEditorPart.java
