I successfully deployed the project using Indigo JavaEE RC3, JBT 3.3.0 plugins from trunk, m2e 1.0.0, m2e-wtp 0.13.0 from master.

Only change I made was comment the maven-aspectj-plugin, since :
* there are no aspectj files in the project
* it's not supported by m2e
