updatesite urls is something users know to add to eclipse but most people also opens them up in a browser and then read the instructions and then copy the url.

Currently pages like http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/indigo/ redirects to http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/JBossTools-3.3.0.M1a/ causing users to add the temporary JBossTools-3.3.0.M1a url to their
eclipse installation instead of http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/indigo/ and as a consequence when there are new updates
on it they will never receive it.

Thus it is important we don't expose whatever internal subdir we are currently fetching from.
