These plugins needed to be included in the future anyway but at this point only the org.jboss.tools.forge.ui plugin is the relevant one. 
In the future the org.jboss.tools.forge.ui plugin will contain code that is user interface related. The org.jboss.tools.forge.core plugin will contain the code that is not user interface related. This should improve the testability and better separate the different concerns. The plugin org.jboss.tools.forge.runtime contains the embedded runtime. The idea is that the embedded runtime can be updated without touching the other code.
